The following article describes how to cancel your subscription to Listing Academy (https://academy.redx.com/) only. Keep in mind that the moment you cancel your subscription you will loose access to all courses and contents within the Listing Academy platform. If you'd like to take advantage of the full bill period, set a reminded to yourself to cancel the day before your subscription renews.

The Listing Academy is a separate entity from REDX, therefore REDX Support may not be able to cancel your Listing Academy subscription for you. However we've provided this guide in order to help.

*Note: The moment you click to cancel your subscription is when your subscription will end. If you want to use up your full subscription's month you'll need to set a reminder to yourself to do so on the last day of your subscription to avoid being charged.

Navigate to https://academy.redx.com/
​Click "Member Login" and log in with your credentials.

After entering in their credentials, you'll be brough to a screen with your groups and should see "Listing Academy" as a group. Click to enter the Listing Academy group.

Click your profile circle in the upper right corner, then "Manage Your Subscription".

This will bring you to your account settings.​

From here, click on "Billing & Subscriptions".

This will trigger a verification to be sent to your email for security. Enter in the verification code to continue.

Once Verified you should see a Billing and Subscriptions page.​

Locate the Subscription tab, which should already be selected.

Look for the "active" subscription to "REDX Academy" or "Listing Academy" on this tab.

Click the three dots on the same line and select to cancel.

*Note: This will end your subscription immediately and you will not be able to end out their current month.
