The following article describes how to cancel your subscription to Listing Academy (https://listingacademy.com/) only.

*Note: The Listing Academy is a separate entity from REDX. REDX Support may not be able to cancel your Listing Academy subscription for you. However, we've provided this guide in order to help.

Navigate to https://listingacademy.com/
​Click "Member Login" and log in with your credentials.

After entering your credentials, you'll be brought to a screen with your groups, and you should see "Listing Academy" as a group. Click to enter the Listing Academy group.

Click the blue "Manage Billing" button in the bottom right corner.

This will bring you to your Member billing portal. From here, enter your email and click "send".

This will trigger a verification to be sent to your email for security. Next, Click on the "Log into your customer portal link".

Once verified, you should see your current subscription.

Locate the "Cancel Subscription" button in the top right corner.

Once you've click "Cancel Subscription" a pop up will appear where you can select the subscription you wish to cancel.

Now Click the drop down menu below your subscription and select a reason for cancellation.

Finally, You will be asked to confirm cancellation.
